Conclusion of contract

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but only an invitation to order. The prospective buyer has the option of placing the desired items in the virtual shopping basket by clicking on the corresponding button. The articles collected in the virtual shopping basket can be called up at any time by clicking on the shopping basket symbol. In the shopping cart view, the items can then be viewed, their quantity changed or deleted from the shopping cart. The system guides you through the further steps of the ordering process. Before completing the order, you can change the contents of the order, correct or delete data at any time. To do so, please use the notes or the "back button" of the browser. Only by the last step of the ordering process, clicking on Buy and entering the payment information, is a declaration of intent made to purchase the item at the specified price. The selected payment provider may collect further information such as date of birth and codes, which will not be forwarded to us. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after receipt of the order.

Prices and shipping costs

The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value added tax and other price components. In addition to the prices stated, we charge a flat rate of 4.99 euros per order for delivery within Germany. We do not charge shipping costs for orders over 49 euros. The shipping costs are clearly indicated on the product pages, in the shopping basket system and on the order page. There are no further taxes or costs.

Delivery

Delivery only takes place within Germany with DPD. The delivery time is up to 3 days. We will indicate any deviating delivery times on the respective product page

Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the goods.

Voluntary 30-day right of return

We grant you a voluntary 30-day right of return, without prejudice to your statutory rights. To do so, simply return the goods to us within 30 days of the day on which you received the goods. To meet the return deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the goods before the deadline expires.

If you return goods in accordance with this voluntary right of return, we will refund the purchase price and any delivery costs of your original purchase. Accordingly, you will bear the transport risk as well as the return shipping costs.

The voluntary return right applies to all undamaged and complete goods including packaging. We ask that you contact us before returning the goods if they do not meet these requirements.

The voluntary contractual right of return granted by us does not affect your statutory rights. These remain unrestricted and independent of the right of return. In particular, the statutory warranty claims and your right of revocation remain unaffected.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the enclosed model withdrawal form for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of cancellation

If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the quality, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
