Shipping to Germany

For orders over 39 EUR (including VAT) we deliver free of charge within Germany. Below 39 EUR, we charge shipping costs of 4.90 EUR.

Shipping is done by DHL or DPD. You will receive a link with the tracking code by e-mail after shipment.

To receive your shipment at a DHL Packstation, please enter the following in addition to your first and last name in the delivery address:

  1. Your personal postal number in the address addition field
  2. "Packstation" in the street field and the three-digit Packstation number in the house number field
  3. the postcode and town of the desired Packstation.

In the event of a return, we will refund the costs or arrange for a free return. Further information for a return or refund.

Delivery time: Standard shipping via DHL and DPD usually takes 1-3 working days. In rare cases, there may be small unforeseen delays in shipping.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with the tracking number by e-mail as soon as your package is packed for you at the shipping centre. With the tracking number of your shipment, you can track the delivery status online. The tracking number is only valid once it has been activated by the courier service. If the number does not work immediately, please try again later.

Shipping to the EU

For orders over 150 EUR (including VAT), we deliver free of charge outside Germany and within the EU (European Union). Orders under 150 EUR will incur costs of at least 8.90 EUR depending on the country. The exact costs are displayed after selecting the country in the shopping cart.

We charge the following flat rates:

  • 8,90 EUR Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands 
  • 12,90 EUR France (excluding overseas territories), Italy, Spain, Czech Republic, Denmark (excluding Greenland),
  • 14,90 EUR Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania, Ireland, Portugal, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Greece, Malta, Cyprus

If shipping costs apply, the exact amount will be displayed before you submit your order.

Shipping to Switzerland

For our Swiss customers we offer the service via MeinEinkauf.ch. Here you can shop easily, free of shipping costs (from 39 € order value) and above all WITHOUT customs duties in the FeinTech shop. We have described exactly how this works here.

Shipping outside the EU

Unfortunately, we cannot currently offer shipping outside the European Union. Almost all of our products are available worldwide on Amazon and can thus be exported at low cost. Some products can only be found on Amazon.de in Germany and not on your home marketplace. However, these can be exported in the same way. Please note that power supplies are always delivered with European plugs. For use in Asia and America, an additional adapter or a different power supply unit is required, which we do not offer.
