The statutory right of withdrawal applies as described here and is not restricted in any way by the following instructions.
How do I send a return?
Please contact us via our contact page and tell us your order number so that we can process your request as quickly as possible. We will then send you the return slip and the return label. This means that you will not incur any costs if you return goods from Germany*.
And it's that simple:
- Put the item in the original packaging in the parcel.
- Fill out the return slip and enclose it.
- Paste the return label onto the sealed package.
- Afterwards you only have to hand in the parcel at the nearest DPD shop or to the DPD courier.
Is a direct exchange of a returned article possible?
Unfortunately, a direct exchange of one returned item for another is not possible. As soon as we have received the returned item and checked it, we will issue a credit note in the way you have specified as the method of payment. Now simply order the item again.
How can I make a complaint about an item?
If an item delivered by us is not in order in any way, you can of course return it to us free of charge. Contact us via our contact form or simply write us an email at info@feintech.eu. Please also tell us your order number so that we can process your complaint as quickly as possible. We will then send you the return slip and the return label. This way you will not incur any costs. As soon as we have received the item and checked it, we will issue a credit note using the method of payment you specified. Now simply reorder the item.
Within what period of time can I return an item?
With FeinTech, you have 30 days after receiving your order to return items to us. You can find more information on FeinTech's right of withdrawal in our General Terms and Conditions (GTC).
How do I get my money back?
The credit note is always issued in the way you have specified as the method of payment. If you pay by credit card, we will refund the amount to your credit card account. If you pay by PayPal, the amount will be credited to your PayPal account.
To which address should I send the return?
The exact delivery address to which the return should be sent will automatically be pre-printed on the returns label. We will send you the returns label by e-mail.
I bought a FeinTech product elsewhere and suspect a defect. What can I do?
You then have 2 options:
1. Contact the seller and use their system for a return to obtain a replacement or refund. The rules of the 2-year statutory warranty apply. Or the seller's terms and conditions go beyond this.
2 Alternatively, you can send us the device. We will then repair or replace it at our discretion. A refund of the purchase price is not possible if the device was purchased elsewhere. As we do not have any details of the purchase, please send us a copy of the purchase invoice and your current address. Please send the parcel with a description of the fault to:

*Costs may be incurred for returns due to the right of cancellation from outside Germany. For the German EU neighbouring countries Denmark, Poland, Czech Republic, Austria, France, Luxembourg, Belgium and the Netherlands, we can provide parcel labels for free return shipping.
If you transport the goods to a country outside the European Union and then wish to return them, we cannot refund any return costs, taxes and fees.
