How does the warranty work for my products?
How does the warranty work for my products?
Our products come with a statutory guarantee of 2 years, which is valid from the date of purchase. If a product is defective or not working properly within this period, you can make a claim under the guarantee. Please contact us via a support ticket in the FeinTech Helpdesk or call us so that we can help you process your guarantee request. In the event of a guarantee claim, we will examine the product and offer you either a repair, an exchange or a refund.

We usually deliver items that are immediately available within 1-3 working days. For deliveries to other European countries, it takes 2-5 working days.

We ship your order with DHL and DPD . You can conveniently have your delivery sent to a DHL Packstation if you prefer.
Within Germany we offer free shipping for orders over 39 EUR (incl. VAT). For orders under 39 EUR we charge a shipping fee of 4.99 EUR . For deliveries to other European countries we offer free shipping for orders over 150 EUR . For orders under 150 EUR different shipping fees apply.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number and a link where you can view the current status of your delivery. If you have any problems tracking your shipment, do not hesitate to contact us.

After completing your order, your invoice will be sent to you automatically by email. You will find it as a PDF document in the attachment.

It is currently not possible to automatically create a net invoice with VAT ID for intra-community deliveries in our shop. Please contact us directly before ordering so that we can create the invoice correctly for you. Simply open a ticket via our FeinTech Helpdesk and we will help you so that your order is processed according to the requirements.

Refunds are always made using the method you selected as the payment method. If you pay by credit card, we will refund the amount to your credit card account. When paying with PayPal, the amount will be credited to your PayPal account.
