Using a hearing aid and soundbar simultaneously – here's how it works
Do you want to use a transmitter for your hearing aid while others listen through the soundbar at the same time? The VMA00201 can then be used between the television...
Expand your HX530 AV-over-IP system with additional displays and output HDMI signals flexibly over your network.
HX530RX HDMI over IP Receiver for 4K 60Hz AV over IP Systems is backordered and will ship as soon as it is back in stock.
The HX530RX Receiver expands the HX530 HDMI over IP system with additional displays. It receives the IP stream from an HX530TX Transmitter via a Gigabit network and outputs video and audio via HDMI to TVs, monitors, or projectors. This allows you to flexibly expand existing AV-over-IP installations with additional displays. With support for 4K 60Hz, ranges up to 120 meters over CAT6, and convenient app management, the HX530RX is ideal for digital signage, conference rooms, training environments, as well as demanding home cinema and professional AV installations.
The HX530RX receives the IP stream from an HX530TX Transmitter via a Gigabit network and outputs video and audio via HDMI to a display. With additional receivers, extra TVs, monitors, projectors, or LED displays can be integrated into the existing AV-over-IP system at any time. This allows content to be displayed on multiple screens simultaneously or existing installations to be expanded with additional output devices at any time.
The HX530RX receives the IP stream from an HX530TX Transmitter via a Gigabit network and outputs video and audio in up to 4K 60Hz 4:4:4 via HDMI. In network operation, distances of up to 120 meters are achieved with CAT6 cables, and up to 200 meters with a direct connection between transmitter and receiver. Transmission occurs with a typical network load of 200 to 500 Mbps per 4K stream.
The HX530RX is part of the modular HX530 system. Depending on the number of transmitters and receivers used, one-to-one, one-to-many, many-to-one, or complete many-to-many installations with up to 253 devices can be realized within a network. New transmitters or receivers can be added at any time, allowing the system to grow flexibly with the requirements of the installation.
If multiple HX530TX Transmitters or HX530RX Receivers are used, assignment is conveniently done via the iMMS smartphone app. Displays can be flexibly assigned to the desired HDMI sources via drag & drop and reconnected at any time without making changes to the cabling.
The HX530RX uses the existing network infrastructure to flexibly output HDMI signals to additional displays. Instead of laying long HDMI cables, existing CAT network cables and Gigabit networks are utilized. This saves installation effort and enables flexible signal distribution even across multiple rooms or floors. For smaller one-to-one installations, the transmitter and receiver can also be connected directly via a network cable.
The HX530 system supports the transmission of infrared signals. This allows an HDMI source to be controlled with the original remote control even if it is located in another room or equipment cabinet. This ensures that media players, SAT receivers, or other playback devices remain conveniently operable.
At least one HX530TX Transmitter is required for the operation of the HX530RX. For reliable signal transmission, we recommend HDMI cables with a length of up to 5 meters and network cables of CAT5e or higher, ideally CAT6. In installations with multiple devices, distribution is done via a standard Gigabit switch. If this switch supports IGMP Snooping, multicast data streams are optimally managed, and network load is further reduced.
For control via the iMMS smartphone app, the router, smartphone, and all HX530 Transmitters and Receivers must be on the same IP network. This allows all devices to be automatically recognized and conveniently managed.
