SX230 HDMI over LAN Splitter Extender Set 1 In 2 Out 4K 60Hz for distribution to up to three displays
With the SX230, you can distribute a 4K 60Hz HDMI signal simultaneously to up to three displays: locally via HDMI and via LAN cable to two remote screens. The transmission is lossless, latency-free, and reaches distances of up to 70 meters. Thanks to Power over Cable, you only need one power supply, and the 16 EDID profiles ensure that resolution and audio formats are optimally matched to your devices. The flexible routing of a single CAT cable makes installation particularly convenient, even over longer distances.
Output HDMI signal to three displays simultaneously
The SX230 acts as an HDMI splitter, outputting your signal to three displays simultaneously – one local display is supplied directly from the transmitter via HDMI loop-out, while two additional displays receive the same image via LAN cable. This allows you to use one display as a convenient control monitor, while the signal is simultaneously displayed on remote TVs or projectors.
Extended range thanks to HDMI over LAN technology
The SX230 transmits your HDMI signal over long distances of up to 70 meters at 4K 30Hz and up to 60 meters at 4K 60Hz – stable, lossless, and without any visible delay. This allows you to reach areas that are inaccessible with standard HDMI cables. The set includes two receivers, each of which you connect with its own CAT6 or better network cable. This allows you to access two remote displays independently – whether in different rooms, on a higher floor, or across greater distances. The flexible LAN cabling enables clean, unobtrusive installations and makes the SX230 ideal for setups with multiple displays located far apart.
4K 60Hz quality with HDR and extensive audio formats
The SX230 supports the full HDMI 2.0 bandwidth of 18 Gbps and outputs content in 4K 60Hz with full 4:4:4 color resolution. HDR10, HDR10 Plus, HLG, and Dolby Vision ensure strong contrasts and brilliant colors. All important audio formats are also supported – from PCM 2.0 to 7.1, including Dolby Digital Plus, Dolby Atmos, and DTS HD. This ensures that movies, presentations, and games are delivered in the best possible picture and sound quality to all connected displays.
Power over Cable for easy power supply
Thanks to Power over Cable (POC), the entire system is powered by a single power supply connected to the transmitter. The two receivers automatically receive their power via the connected LAN cables, eliminating the need for additional power supplies at remote locations. This results in fewer cables, less hassle, and a cleaner setup – even for installations spanning greater distances.
EDID control for optimal compatibility
With 16 selectable EDID profiles, you can precisely define which audio and video formats should be transmitted to the source. You decide whether the EDID of the local display on the transmitter is used or whether a fixed preset such as 4K 60Hz SDR or 1080p Stereo is specified. This way, you avoid typical compatibility problems and ensure that all connected devices receive the best possible picture and sound quality.
