Increase your productivity with three displays and seamless connectivity
CX301 USB-C Docking Station | 12 in 1 | Triple display is backordered and will ship as soon as it is back in stock.

With this USB 3.2 Gen.1 Type-C™ hub, you can connect up to three displays to your computer and numerous peripherals. It also supports USB-C PD 3.0 with up to 100W of power. This means you can work on your computer and charge it at the same time – all using a single USB-C™ port. Your computer's port must support USB-C Alternate Mode (Alt Mode, more info below). The docking station is compatible with Windows, macOS, and Android/Chromebook and does not require any driver installation. Please note that different operating systems handle multiple monitors differently.
Windows can display three displays. So, if you connect a laptop to three external monitors via the docking station, the fourth display on the laptop will turn off. You can configure whether the display should be mirrored. Or you can use an extended desktop so that all three monitors display a different area.
Under MacOS , all external monitors display the same image. So, with a MacBook, you either have an extended desktop with two views—the internal display and the external monitors. Or the view is mirrored, showing the same image on all displays.
The docking station allows you to use your laptop's integrated video capabilities to stream Ultra HD videos to a 4K display. The docking station is also backward compatible with 1080p displays. Please note that other video resolutions are not supported, meaning only 16:9 screens can be used effectively.
The docking station offers two USB 3.0 ports, one USB-C port (data only), one USB 2.0 port, a 3.5 mm stereo audio output, as well as Gigabit Ethernet, SD, and TF card slots. All connections are plug and play, requiring no additional software installation.
With a power delivery capacity of up to 100W according to the PD 3.0 standard, the docking station allows you to work and charge your laptop simultaneously. The Gigabit Ethernet port supports 10/100/1000Mbps for fast internet connections.
The docking station is compatible with Thunderbolt™ 3 and USB-C DP1.4 Alt Mode. It features a compact design made of high-quality aluminum alloy and ABS, making it ideal for use in the home office and on the go. It measures 284 x 80 x 16 mm and weighs 250 g.
Video output via this hub requires that the computer supports USB-C Alternate Mode , also called DisplayPort Alt Mode, and is compatible with Thunderbolt 3. Many Windows computers that support Alt Mode have a small logo with a D (for DisplayPort) next to one of the USB-C ports. A lightning symbol next to the USB-C port may indicate Thunderbolt, which also supports this mode. If in doubt, check the computer manufacturer's website or the DisplayPort or Thunderbolt section.
MacBooks have supported this mode since 2019 and have no markings on the USB-C port. Newer generation Macs, including the iMac Pro, iMac 2017, Mac Mini 2018, MacBook Air 2018, and all MacBook Pros released from 2016 onward, also support USB-C Thunderbolt 3 ports.
