AX341 HDMI 2.1 eARC Splitter Switch 4 In 2 Out
Smart AV center with audio extractor and eARC switch - maximum flexibility for picture & sound
The AX341 is the powerful solution for modern home theater setups with multiple displays and audio devices. It combines an HDMI 2.1 switch with an integrated HDMI splitter (4 in 2 out) and an HDMI audio extractor – audio output via HDMI-eARC, Toslink, or AUX. The integrated downscaler ensures that even older Full HD displays can be combined with newer 4K/8K displays. With support for 8K, Dolby Atmos, HDMI-CEC, and a flexible eARC switch, you're perfectly equipped for every scenario.
HDMI 2.1 Splitter & Switch for 4 players and 2 displays
Connect up to four HDMI devices (e.g., game consoles, Apple TV, Blu-ray players) and output the signal simultaneously to two displays—whether it's a TV, projector, or monitor. The two HDMI outputs are mirrored, allowing parallel or alternating use.
HDMI Audio Extractor for flexible audio output:
The AX341 routes the audio signal simultaneously to the following outputs:
- HDMI eARC/ARC : For modern soundbars or AV receivers
- Optical Toslink output (digital): For digital audio in stereo, Dolby Digital or DTS
- 3.5 mm AUX output (analog): For stereo headphones or analog hi-fi systems
All outputs operate in parallel (with compatible formats). In stereo (PCM 2.0), all three outputs are active in parallel—ideal for parallel use of a soundbar and headphones.
eARC switch for two displays
A special highlight: You can use the eARC audio return channel from either TV1 or TV2 —ideal when switching between your TV and projector. The switch allows flexible selection of the audio source from the active display. Switching is done manually via the remote control or a button on the device.
Experience impressive sound with Dolby Atmos & DTS:X
The AX341 supports high-resolution audio formats such as Dolby Atmos, Dolby TrueHD, DTS-HD, and DTS:X – directly from the player to the soundbar via HDMI eARC, even if the display doesn't support these formats. Your sound system always receives optimal sound – for a true cinematic experience at home.
HDMI 2.1 features for gaming & streaming
With its full 48 Gbps bandwidth, the AX341 supports modern HDMI 2.1 features like VRR, ALLM, QMS, QFT, and SBTM. Enjoy 8K at 60 Hz, 4K at 240 Hz, HDR10+, and Dolby Vision—crisp, smooth, and future-proof.
Downscaler for mixed displays
Use new and older displays in parallel: The integrated downscaler converts the signal from 8K to 4K or Full HD as needed—ideal if you want to use a modern TV and an older projector simultaneously. The downscaler only adjusts the resolution, not the frame rate. For example, a 4K signal at 120 Hz will be downscaled to 1080p at 120 Hz. Therefore, for smooth operation, both connected displays should support the same refresh rate.
HDMI-CEC – conveniently control the volume with the TV remote control
Use your TV remote or your source device's remote to control the volume of your soundbar – thanks to HDMI-CEC, control is even easier. Many media players like Apple TV or Fire TV also support this control. Important: The volume is always controlled only by the TV whose eARC port is active.
Auto-power function for automatic on/off
The AX341's Auto Power feature ensures that both the switch and the sound system connected to the HDMI port turn on or off automatically. As soon as you turn on your TV, the AX341 activates, and the connected sound system also starts up. When you turn off the TV, the AX341 and the sound system turn off simultaneously—all without manual intervention.
However, you can also manually turn the AX341 on or off using the included remote control. If you want to disable the auto-on/off function, simply press the eARC button on the device for 5 seconds. Please note that HDMI eARC must be enabled on the AX341 for this function to work properly.
Automatic switching for more comfort
The AX341 HDMI 2.1 Switch offers a convenient auto-switching function that simplifies switching between your connected devices. The switch automatically detects the last connected device and seamlessly switches to it without you having to manually change the input. This allows for quick setup and more flexibility in selecting your desired device, be it a PS5, FireTV, PC, or other HDMI-enabled device.
Thanks to the included remote control , you can also switch between devices quickly and easily. Manually replugging devices is a thing of the past – the AX341 ensures a smooth process.
Please note that this feature is not supported by all HDMI players. Players like Apple TV or Xbox don't completely shut down, meaning fully automatic switching isn't possible with these devices.
Flexible EDID management: Customize audio and video formats
The AX341 features flexible EDID management, allowing you to individually configure the maximum supported audio and video formats. Using the integrated DIP switch, you can choose between different EDID modes to ensure your audio and video output is optimally tailored to your connected devices. This improves compatibility with various displays and soundbars and prevents potential signal output conflicts. This feature ensures that both picture and sound quality remain at the highest level, regardless of the source or connected device.

The AX341 HDMI 2.1 Splitter Switch provides you with a powerful control center for your home theater. It combines modern HDMI technology with maximum audio and video compatibility – ensuring a seamless, convenient entertainment experience for movies and gaming.
Optimal cable lengths and expansion options
For best performance, we recommend a cable length of less than 2 m for HDMI connections at 8K / 4K 120Hz and less than 5 m at 4K 60Hz. For longer distances, HDMI fiber optic cables can be used to ensure stable signal transmission. For the eARC connection from the HDMI Audio Extractor to the soundbar, we recommend a maximum cable length of 10m.
