In den Testberichten wurde die einfache Einrichtung hervorgehoben: „Es funktioniert sofort nach dem Auspacken“ mit Apple TV, PCs und Spielekonsolen. Da hatte die Soundbar Glück - sonst hätte ich diese an Sennheiser zurück senden müssen :-)
I was struggling to connect my sound bar to PC due to HDMI Arc directly into GPU. PC recognised the JBL as a monitor witch created lots of issues on PC side.
However this device solved all my problems and now my PC Recognised the soundbar as a 8 channel surround system with dolby digital features and supports 4K gaming in 240hz
The converter does its job perfectly as even at low volume I have crystal clear, immersive audio for PC Gaming
Wanted to conect Arc Sonos Ultra with pc , the conection with 5080 and Sonos is working perfectly , since Sonos receives eArc signal.
Macht genau das was ich wollte. Als alter Retro-Gamer, meine Xbox 360 mit einer neuen eARC Soundbar zu verbinden + das Bild auf einen HD-Ready Beamer leiten. Funktioniert absolut super. Das Gerät macht einen sehr hochwertigen Eindruck. Es ist im Vergleich zur Größe recht schwer, was auf das gute Material zurückzuführen ist. Vielen Dank auch für die telefonische Unterstützung. Ich war vorher leicht verzweifelt, da die Billig-Kästchen, die man sonst so kaufen kann, nicht funktioniert haben. Mit Audio-Verbindungen kenne ich mich nicht so gut aus und bin jetzt sehr froh, dass meine Konsolen mit der neuen Soundbar laufen. Meine Frau freut sich auch, dass der Soundbar-Kauf nicht für die Katz`war.
Voll gut einfach an zuschließen.

I have been using my FeinTech AX310 with a Samsung Q950R TV, an Apple TV 4K (3rd generation), and a Sonos Arc for about a month. Both audio and video work perfectly. If you have a similar setup, I can highly recommend purchasing this model or its bigger brother, the AX340.

The AX310 HDMI 2.1 Audio Extractor just works out of the box —I connected my Apple TV 4K, Android TV, and Sonos Arc Ultra soundbar. Even when my TV’s eARC port stopped working, the AX310 let me get full Dolby Atmos from my Apple TV straight to the Sonos Arc, with video and HDR/Cinema formats still looking brilliant on my TV. You should all try asking your questions to FeinTech Assistant, it is simply brilliant. I am surprised how could it could dig into the Tech knowledge base and give me personalized solution. The AX310 makes advanced home theater surprisingly simple!" I haven't seen a more better version of tech support implementation. Kudos to FeinTech.
It works. I can connect Sonos and older projector. It seems video is good and I get Atmos.
Bin restlos begeistert. Nach einer Odyssee von Versuchen eine SONOS Beam an einem PC vernünftig ans laufen zu bekommen und äußerst frustrierenden Erfahrungen mit OnBoard Soundkarten und einer externen Soundkarte von Soundblaster (Finger weg, Treiber sind einfach Kernschrott) nun endlich problemloser Sound ohne jegliches Gepfriemel. Dip-Schalter einstellen, anschließen, Surround Sound genießen.

Hatte Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice weil ich auf meiner Sonos arc endlich Dolby Atmos wollte, da mein tv es nicht weiterleitet. Dieses Produkt empfohlen bekommen und es funktioniert einwandfrei. Vielen Dank, dass sich auch um kleine Kunden so gekümmert wird. Da kann sich manch ein größerer Hersteller ne Scheibe abschneiden!!!
By my own mistake I only enjoyed this product for a day before I had to send it back. However, it worked as advertised, was surprisingly small but heavy feeling which adds to the feeling of quality, the manual was well done and the customer service was understanding and very helpful. Top marks!

Wir bedauern, dass dieser AX310 nicht immer optimal funktioniert. Es ist allerdings nicht normal, dass der Extractor sehr heiß wird und Aussetzer produziert. Wir tauschen daher das Gerät aus. Wir werden dir dazu ein neues Gerät zusenden und einen Paketaufkleber für das jetzige beilegen.

Ausgangslage: Magenta TV, Fernseher und separate Lautsprecher (Firma Nubert mit HDMI Anschluss).
Ich habe den AX 310 Audio Extractor wie vorgesehen angeschlossen und es sofort funktioniert. Eine Freude, dass alles so einfach und gut geklappt hat.
Weiterhin brauche ich nur eine Fernbedienung.

Das Gerät funktioniert einwandfrei und macht einen sehr wertigen Eindruck.
Da mein Fernseher nur ARC-fähig ist und auch nicht alle Soundformate verarbeiten kann, musste eine Lösung her. Da ich bereits mehrere FeinTech-Geräte im Haushalt habe , fiel die Entscheidung auf den AX310. Das Gerät ist sehr Stabil gebaut und trotzdem kompakt. Die Beschreibung ist sehr detailliert. Auch Einstellungen via Jumper sind möglich.
Seit der Installation ( Magenta-TV-One > AX310 > TV und Soundbar ) kommen auf der Bose Smart Ultra endlich alle Soundformate perfekt an. Ein perfektes Gerät um ältere Elektronik nutzen zu können.
Ich hätte mir allerdings gewünscht, wenn die Eingangsbuchse auf der Front wäre, falls man mal wechseln muss. Aber das ist ein Luxusproblem.
Und die Hotline war mal wieder erstklassig.

The AX310 and similar extractors supports the maximum HDMI 2.1 video bandwidth (48 Gbps) and video resolutions. So it supports both 4K 120Hz uncompressed and 4K 240Hz with DSC compression.
