HDMI extension cable with high-quality transmission and HDMI-ARC support – range up to 70 meters
This HX430 HDMI extender is a powerful solution for lossless transmission of HDMI signals over distances of up to 70 meters. Thanks to modern technology, high-resolution audio and video signals from an HDMI source - such as a Blu-ray player, AV receiver, or streaming player - can be transmitted to a remote TV, projector, or monitor via a single CAT5e or CAT6 network cable. Simultaneously, the system enables the transmission of infrared signals, allowing for convenient remote control of the HDMI source or display.
A particular highlight is the Audio Return Channel (ARC) function: The HX430 can capture the audio from a television or video projector (e.g., from internal apps or the TV tuner) via HDMI-ARC or an optical audio output and return it to the HDMI source. This allows, for example, a television with ARC functionality to be fully used with an AV receiver, even if the receiver is located at a greater distance. By switching the receiver's DIP switch, you can select whether the audio is transmitted via HDMI-ARC or the optical SPDIF input. The latter allows the use of the television's digital audio output even if ARC is not available.
Power is supplied flexibly via an included power adapter, which can be connected to either the transmitter or the receiver. Thanks to Power over Cable (PoC), a single power source is sufficient for both devices. The system also supports the transmission of CEC and RS232 control signals, allowing other HDMI components to be centrally controlled – ideal for more complex installations.
The HX430's transmission performance is equally impressive: With a bandwidth of up to 18 Gbit/s and support for 4K at 60 Hz in 4:4:4 color sampling, razor-sharp image quality is guaranteed – including HDR formats such as HDR10, HDR10+, HLG, and Dolby Vision. Even demanding home theater applications or professional AV installations benefit from the highest image and sound quality with absolutely stable signal transmission.
All signals – uncompressed 4K video, multi-channel audio, control data (IR, RS-232), and power – are transmitted latency-free over a single network cable. This makes the HX430 a particularly reliable, versatile, and professional solution for HDMI extension over long distances. Whether in high-end home theaters, conference rooms, educational settings, or digital signage applications: wherever the highest signal quality, minimal latency, and maximum operational reliability are required, this extender is the first choice.
