With this USB charger, you can quickly and safely charge up to 4 devices. The charging adapter automatically detects whether a connected device supports fast charging. The output current is adjusted accordingly. The higher the output current, the faster your device is charged. USB sockets on the PC and simple charging adapters output 0.5 A. This adapter can deliver up to 2.4 A on one output, so it can charge about four times as fast. Almost all current smartphones and tablets are compatible. Other devices are charged at normal speed or permanently supplied with 5 V voltage. The maximum charging current for all 4 outputs is 4.5 A. So if 4 devices are charged at the same time, an average of 1.1 A is initially available for each. As soon as a battery is fully charged, charging stops.
